While we move through the summer of 2021 there is some uncertainty regarding the way Rotary can continue to facilitate the human connections that Rotary members have appreciated over the years. While the adage of 'hands in face space' will undoubtedly continue to be a component of our routine it is apparent that trust is growing and connections between face-to-face are being made. Rotary is indeed changing. In the months leading up to the summer of 2021, there's still a lot of uncertainty regarding what we can do to provide services to our community, which includes the valued human connection that was enjoyed by Rotary previous members. While the "hands looking outwards" idea is likely to become a routine in the club it is clear that a sense of confidence is developing and more people make face-to-face connections. Rotary is also changing. Rotary network is a great way to make long-lasting friendships. The way we conduct our business has been redesigned to maintain online meetings in our organizations, and we are introducing social and service activities through the face-to-face method. We've taken these new possibilities and merged them with our habits for preventing pandemics to provide a bright new future for Rotary!
